Sierra Designs' Women's Hurricane Pant features a lightweight, waterproof and breathable design to keep you dry in the drippiest of conditions. Two-ply Hurricane nylon fabric and fully taped seams keep the rain from getting in, while the vapor-permeable membrane allows sweat to escape so your legs won't smother. The Hurricane Pant packs down and travels well when the skies are clear, but ankle zippers make it easy to slip them on over your shoes in a flash.

These pants stayed dry even when I washed them - the water fell right off out of the washing machine. Not surprisingly, they did the same in the rain and snow. Not "cute" if that is what you are going for - but I have yet to see a pair that is, so this was fine with me.
