Sierra Designs Electron-2-Person 3-SeasonTent - 2007 BCS

Took this tent on it's first outing for a 3 day trip on the Skyline trail in Jasper. It rained every night and I had to pack it up wet but it kept us dry. I didn't realize the doors are purely mesh before I bought it. In windy conditions it can be a bit breezy inside. Easy set up and take down, relatively light weight, and two doors and two vestibules were all great features for it's first trip. I'd recommend it.

Just took the tent out for the first time this past weekend! It fit two people and two dogs. Regarding my online order: I appreciated the quick ground delivery upon order completion.

I have used this tent on several outings now and enjoy it very much. It took me over a year to figure out which tent had the best options, light weight, accessories, good reputation, vestibules, interior space, etc. And this is it. Very roomy...I am 6'1'' and 250 pounds and I can sit up in it and move around easily. Two people have no problems. Great gear loft and the pockets in the corners of the tent are awesome. The assembly is a breeze thanks to color coding and one person can set it up in three minutes. Very strong in the wind and is quite. Great in rain. I have been two trips recently where it was a constant downpour and no problems. the color makes it feel open and airy. I spent 12 hours in it once and was fine. The two doors with the two vestibules rock. Great price because it comes with gear loft and foot print.
