These slippers were a gift from my daughter. They are the warmest slippers I have ever owned!
Does it have rugged enough sole construction to avoid slides
Does it have rugged enough sole construction to avoid slides and slips and falls for older people? The booties are for my mother who needs a little security in a down bootie. The high top style is good, but does this product have some strength?

I received these slippers as a gift. They seem wider than they need to be, but they are comfy, warm, and I like the sole can be worn outside if need be.
I wanted to purchase for my mother who is typically a size 6.5,

I would recommend a medium. She's right at the high end of small and these are definitely nice to have just a little extra room to move in.Hope that helps.
