Not worth the money

With one previous review questioning the sizing, I confirmed sizing with Customer Service to let them know my wife was a size 6.5 and they recommended the medium. This barely fit her and because the opening for the foot is so small, she had to tug them on with the loops in back of the slipper to get them on. One of them ripped out after only one day. These really should have been designed with some elastic or ties in the ankle area for greater ease of getting on.
It should be noted that when I called Backcountry for a return for this issue, they promptly took care of me to my satisfaction!
Warm Feet

I love my Sierra Designs Down Moccasin Slippers.
Previously the only things to warm my feet was a
tub of hot water--not anymore. I can now go to bed
wearing my slippers and know that I am in for a
night with toasty warm feet. What a pleasure!
Thanks Backcountry! My only regret is not ordering
them sooner.
Cant trust sizing

I can not honestly review tyhe qulity of these slippers, as I gave them as Christmas gifts. I will say I ordered ladies size 9 for a friend that usually wears a size 7.5 - 8 shoe......I ordered a size 11 for a friend that wears a size 10 shoe. NEITHER COULD EVEN GET THEIR FOOT INTO THESE SLIPPERS. I had delibertly purchased them much larger than these ladies usually wear, in the event they had any issues with their feet or ankles swelling, they would still be able to get them on. Not to be! And at the time they tried to put them on, they both said they had no issues with swollen feet! The lady that has the size 9 slipper, gave them to her daughter, who wears a size 6 shoe....she had no problem getting the slippers on. She will keep them for her daughter! I am trying to find someone that can wear the 11's., as returning items is always such a pain in the rear! Thanks, Judy
