Convert 3 Tent: 3-Person 4-Season

Sierra Designs worked in collaboration with professional mountaineer Chris Warner to create the Sierra Designs Convert 3 Tent for all your epic high-mountain adventures, even in rough weather. Its Drizone single-wall construction offers excellent waterproof protection that gives you a dry place to warm up and sleep soundly, and despite its high-quality construction, this tent remains fairly lightweight so you won't feel too weighed down while you climb. The Superseal floor consists of a durable nylon that Sierra Designs fully taped for extra waterproof protection, and the tape used is free from PVC so it doesn't harm the environment you love to play in. Three DAC NSL poles are featherlight to keep the weight off your back while you hike, and the locking pole tips prevent the poles from bending and collapsing in some of the poorest conditions around.

On top of the Convert's durable, waterproof construction, Sierra Designs added many features to make your life on the mountain as easy as possible. For example, the combination of the reflective guy lines and the continuous sleeves with capped ends helps you set the tent up quickly, and you can set it up from the interior in really bad weather for extra protection. The floor has a zippered opening so you can strap on your crampons before you head out without puncturing the floor. There is a panel on the ceiling that you can zip open for more air, and its unique construction keeps snowfall or rainfall out of the body. This tent also has hanging pockets for any small item you want to keep out of your bag like a bathroom bag or your headlamp, and it has a sew-free window so you can check the weather in the morning without having to get out of the tent.
