The Sickle Men's Arete Pants use a soft but tough midweight organic cotton material to give you total comfort around town and enough durability for climbing and hiking. A gusseted crotch ensures you have full freedom of movement when you get on the rock in the Arete Pants. Sickle added a low-profile nylon belt to provide a comfortable fit when you wear these pants with a climbing harness. Airy, baggy and comfortable for the most part. Maybe I just got a bad pair but the stitching sometimes pokes me in my **eehemm** situation. Dont think nothing I've tried has beaten the comfort, durability and functionality of Prana's Zion

So i use these pants at the crag, the gym, and the office. I wear 32" 32" pants and the Mediums fit me perfectly.
