This is a pretty good brace to add a little extra support to the knee while engaged in sports. However, it does provide strong support if you have weak or injured knees.

Got this as a support. personally it doesnt fit properly on your leg. Always likes to ride down. Not any side support. It is better than nothing and very comfortable but not supportive. Cheap Dr scholls does better.

Runs a tad small. If you're on the cusp of sizes, consider sizing up.
