Very comfortable shoe and lots of support! I like the buckle strap - easy to use even though it doesn't look that way. Hope to keep them white, but forsee getting dirty with their use

I am looking for a shoe to wear in my spin class. Will these work on those type of bikes. They told me in class that they have spd pedals. does that sound right?

Yes usually spin bikes have SPD peddles. However see what kinds of pedals the instructor has. As I just transfered some onto some old cycling shoes and they didn't fit these bikes. But it may have been because these bikes are old. Usually shoes don't come with pedals, you then buy the spd pedals seperately that will fit your spin bike.
