The 105 Hollowtech II Double Crankset offers Shimano's time-tested technology and winning design at a friendly price. This anodized aluminum crankset weighs in at only 833 grams. Shimano's Hollowtech II design cuts weight so you can fly uphill and power through the downhills. An integrated bottom bracket makes for fewer parts—which means less energy expended on the long haul. *Bottom bracket is not included per standard protocol with Shimano road products.

Bottom Line: Putting winning technology within your pocketbook's reach.

The description says "Bottom bracket is not included", so I'd say its not included. Shimano likes to throw the word "integrated" around to let the world know that their components work best as a system. P.S. Integrated BB means the arm goes all the way to connect to the other arm for stiffness and light weight. They still ride on what they call "Bearing Cups", which are required and avaiilable seperately.

Check the inside of the crank arm for the size you currently have. Should be one of the three listed in the options above, 170, 172.5 or 175, which is the length of the crankarm in mm.
