I have two of these

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two of these and use them as winter stuff sacks for my down sleeping bag and down parka. They are extremely lightweight and pack small when not in use. When packed for use, they are almost always carried in a pack or on a sled, to minimize abrasion or tear risk. With that said, they proven quite durable and I would buy them again.

Exceedingly light product. Seems very

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Exceedingly light product. Seems very well built. I tend to be pretty careful with my gear, so I'm reasonably confident these will be tough enough for backcountry backpacking. However, if you anticipate these bags taking any sort of abuse, I would consider going with the Ultra-Sill (not the Ultra-oil Nano). However, time will tell. They're very thin but maybe tougher than they look.

great for thru hiking

I got these for a JMT hike this summer and the weight and durability were great and so much better than the plastic bags I've used in the past. The only issue I ran into is that there was only one color available in the sizes I wanted and the bags got confused a few times -I wish the different colors were in stock more, but I'm just haunting the website until they are. I kept my personal hygiene stuff in a 1L and charging cables, headphones, and battery in the 2L. Even when a small bottle of anti-itch medication leaked slightly, the bag held up great.

Pretty Good

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

Got several of these dry bags to use for storing clothes and food in my backpack. Super easy to use and tie up to use as a bear bag. Definitely not the most durable material, but it works well and is super lightweight. Wouldn't recommend these as a dry bag to take on the river, but for keeping things dry while camping and backpacking they're perfect!

Good light weight storage bags.

Good light weight storage bags. We recently did 45-mile Sierra trip and were looking for ways to cut weight and these bags fit the bill perfectly.

Lighten up & keep stuff dry!!!

I bought several of the Ultra Sil Nano’s in various sizes and colors. Every item in my pack is now protected by a S2S Ultra Sil Nano or standard Ultra Sil dry sack. I have no idea why I hadn’t bought these sooner. I’ve been backpacking every chance I get for the last 24 years. I used gallon size zipper freezer bags to pack my clothes and other items. I used trash bags to line my pack. But those always seemed to fail to some degree after a long period of heavy rain. These Nano Dry Sacks are 100 times better than plastic bags and are actually lighter than a handful of plastic. I also ordered a set of standard Ultra Sil Dry Sacks as well. All have performed flawlessly. Got hit by high winds and sideways rain on a high mountain pass in Glacier National Park last week. All of my clothes, sleeping gear & everything else stayed totally dry. And the Nano’s are incredibly light. Wow. Highly recommended.
