Craving the snow.
When it feels like you’re snorkeling in a wave of pow instead of gliding over it, you need the tough protection of the Scott Men's Vertic GTX 3L Pants. Made to keep the nastiest weather at bay, these pants are crafted from flexible polyester with a durable three-layer Gore-Tex membrane. This construction, combined with the removable bib and fully taped seams, provides superior waterproof protection from fresh groomers to thick snow layers in the backcountry. The adjustable suspenders and boot gaiters stop snow from slipping through the cracks, while the thigh vents offers necessary breathability when the sun makes an appearance. And since there are multiple pockets, you have room to store your phone, wallet, and snacks.

- Q & A
Fit is great but already torn
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
- Fit: True to size
- Size Bought: Large
One day on the mountain and I've already got a small tear on the inside of one leg from where the edge of my ski was up against it while carving some turns. To be fair, this ALWAYS happens to my ski pants, but I was hoping the material around the ankles would be a bit more durable. I was wrong. Otherwise I love the pants - they fit great with room to move but not too loose (6'0", 185 lbs, 33" waist and I bought a Large). And the leaf green color is cool without being too neon.
- Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
- Fit: Runs small
This looks like a great pant... Well made and possibly bombproof. Problem is it runs small in the waist and long in the leg. I am a medium in all my clothes... ski or otherwise. The bib was way too tight and the legs long. I have been in Arcteryx Mediums for the past 8 years. It seems all the manufacturers are going to tight waists, long legs and baggy fits. That's fine if we all had the perfect proportions, but not so. If you are going to have adjustments to make the waist smaller then you should start off with a little bit of room in the waist especially on a shell pant when you need to add layers.
