Scott uses stretchy, moisture-wicking polyester for the jersey's main body, then reinforces the shoulders and sleeves with ITD ProTec fabric, a blend of synthetic fibers with an higher breakage strength from added carbon yarns and ceramic printing. According to Scott, this improves the jersey's ability to handle crashes, specifically on asphalt, without inhibiting your range of motion in the race-inspired jersey. Scott also added a water-repellent rear pocket to keep essentials dry as you sweat, along with mesh accents to allow air to move through the jersey.
