First one up, first one down.
Ever caught wind of patrol dropping the gates on one of biggest hike-to lines in the resort only to be passed on the bootpack because your boots were too stiff to keep up? Well, it's high time you experienced the convenience of a walk mode along with solid downhill performance, so you can actually have fun on the way down. The Scott G1 130 Powerfit WTR Ski Boot combines said downhill performance with the added bonus of a walk mode for when you're hiking to those bigger lines either in or out of the resort. A snug 97mm last offers a performance-forward fit, while the expert-level 130 flex delivers a stiff and powerful feel that will drive big skis down even bigger lines
The Powerfit shell offers a precise and anatomical fit thanks to a roomier toe, wide toe box, and narrow heel to prevent heel slip. The overlap design follows the shape of your foot and ankle for a responsive fit that doesn't hold back on comfort. The connection between the shell and cuff allows the cuff to move independently of the shell once in walk mode, giving the boots 27-degrees of cuff rotation. The canting can be adjusted between two positions, as well as the forward lean. The WTR soles make the hike up packed-out bootpacks a whole lot easier and are compatible with WTR bindings. Four micro-adjustable buckles allow you to fine-tune the fit of the boot and make for a stiff and responsive fit once you buckle them down at the top of your run.
