An all-in-one, wide-fit freeride boot.

Developed around your foot, the Scott Men's Delirium FR 130+ TN Ski Boot provides lightning response with a smooth, progressive forward flex that suits aggressive freeride skiers. Its 130-rated flex index supplies a stiff, high-end freeride boot that charges steep lines, stomps big airs, and skis fast and fluid down big mountain terrain. Thanks to its TN (Touring Norm) soles with Vibram technology and TECH fittings, you're able to bootpack your way up non-lift-accessible steep terrain or take a quick tour out the resort's backcountry gates for some powder stashes.

The engineers at Scott have literally redefined what is possible in freeskiing with their PowerFrame and PowerWrap shell structure technologies. These work hand-in-hand to accommodate the anatomy of your foot and lower leg for crisp, precise downhill performance, while cradling your foot comfortably and securely for touring comfort. The high overlap shell cradles the foot and lower leg comfortably and closely for remarkable leverage with ideal power transfer. This seamless overlap part has no tongues or riveted-on pieces that flex, create gaps, or dissipate energy. The elimination of the tongue also allows more independent movement between the cuff and lower shell, which means better walking, climbing, and skinning, and a progressive downhill flex.

The boot's "forma" been pre-punched to accurately follow your foot's anatomy and accommodate the bunions and bone spurs so prevalent in a skier's foot. As a result you have a shell that provides superb lateral and torsional rigidity with a solid, progressive forward flex. It also improves touring capability by allowing the shell to rotate naturally out of the way when you switch the boot into walk mode. Overall, the Delirium features a 103mm width, including a roomier toe box, wider forefoot, and narrower heel.

To ensure the dampest and most solid alpine boot feel, the Delirium features multi-injected construction using selected technical polymers like PU and Pebax. This multi-injected insert inside the Delirium's shell ensures incredible lateral leverage without inhibiting the shell's forward flex while also providing a stiff frame for maximum lateral and rearward support. To seal out snow and keep your foot dry the Delirium uses Water Dam and Water seal technology, that has two separately injected, softer PU components that work together in different planes to provide a superb seal.

For comfort, Delirium uses a EZ Fit liner that's 100% thermoformable for those who prefer a custom fit. The EZ Fit is fully lined to eliminate seams and hard spots, has a highly-reinforced tongue with Scott's T-Bar reinforcement for shin protection and power, and features a low-profile lace system for mountaineering. Scott pulled out all the stops with its adjustment features. Four magnesium FR buckles are low-profile, light, easy to operate with gloves, and feature EZ Lock Catches that keep the buckle in place when you hike. An adjustable spoiler provides lower-leg fit and additional forward lean adjustment while a solid Power Strap helps prevent shin bang.

The Delirium has three forward lean positions that quickly and precisely adjust with one hex bolt. The Easy³ Magnesium Ski/Walk mechanism uses a glove-friendly asymmetric lever to lets you switch in and out of walk or ski mode. The Delirium comes with a Touring Norm (TN) Sole Set that features a Vibram outsole specifically formulated for cold-weather grip and durability and for torsional support during hard edging. When you want to switch to the Alpine Sole Set (sold separately), the soles can be changed in a flash and snapped securely into place with only three hex bolts per boot. The TN sole set is only compatible with ISO Touring (UNI) or TECH bindings.
