Bang for the buck

  • Familiarity:I've used it several times

Great product for the price, absolutely no complaints. Responds well and gets the job done.

3-Pack Attack!

For the price and functionality, you cannot go wrong with this leader. The 3-pack is awesome to have because you will always have a leader around when you need it. You will not need to replace due to any sort of durability issues, just the shortening process over time. Even after these shorten, they still work great with added tippet (forgot to bring my extra leader whoops). I bought the 5x and it has been great for trout fishing in Utah!

    Performs as intended

I've used these, Rio, Orvis and so far they perform just as well as any other that I've used. The best part with SA leaders is they tend to be a little less expensive if you have to purchase at regular price. They hold up well and until you get a knot in them, you can keep adding tippet. I've never had one actually wear out.

      in the lead

      • Gender:Male
      • Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer

Another prodcut from SA that gets the job done, easy to straighten, responds well to tying more tippet too and has been extremely reliable.

      Good leaders, good price

Grab a few of these- I find I go through leaders quickly due to cycling through flies often or tangles on windy days. 5x are a good all around size and the 4x are good for rivers where you expect big trout like the Middle Provo or Gunnison

        stock up

You know that leaders don't last. get the three pack and don't worry about not having enough to get through your day. Even better, get enough that you can lend them to your friends when they run out and make them pick up the bar tab in return.

          works just fine

obviously you've gotta have some of these around and these might as well be the ones. they're as good as anything i've used and the price isn't too bad.
