Whether you’re headed for a weekend of camping or a weekday of work, the Scapegoat Men’s Woodsman Jacket’s understated style fits into either environment. The plush cotton-nylon shell is treated with polyurethane DWR, making it water-resistant, while a half-shearling lining provides additional warmth above the waist—where you need it most. Scapegoat’s minute attention to detail is so acclaimed, their jackets have been photographed inside out to showcase their lasercut, welded seams. And while Scapegoat sports a pretty burly logo, you will only find it on the inside of the Woodsman Jacket—because it’s what is on the inside that counts.

Bottom Line: Glad no one turned us inside out and took our picture.

Its a standard fit. So right in the middle. Not too generous and definitely not slim fit.

Great jacket

I honestly had few concerns before buying this jacket online. It's pricey, there's was no review yet and the information you get on scapegoatbrand.com website is somewhat ambiguous (the inside of Woodsman on the photo is actually a lining of a McLean jacket). Anyways, I decided to give it a chance and let me tell you this is the most nicely looking and quality jacket I had so far. First, the black color I went with is not actually black but rather grayish-blackish-greenish mix which looks really nice. I'd describe it more as a charcoal-green. Second, the quality is fantastic and all other jackets I had, including TNF, Marmot and Patagonia fall short. As you may be aware of, scapegoat's attention to details is borderline with obsessive-compulsive disorder but in fact it is even better that you would imagine. I am not sure if this is a really technical jacket. I believe it's more of a casual wear and it will be great in the range of about 20-25 to perhaps 45-50 degrees depending on your level of sensitivity. Size-wise: I am about 6.1 and 175 and M fits perfectly. The jacket hits the legs and it's a normal fit - not tailored but not at all very relaxed. Just how you'd expect it to fit. I haven't really discovered the purpose of a pocket at the back, but it really doesn't bother me a lot. Otherwise, it's a perfect jacket for the fall and spring and perhaps for the winter depending on what you need.

Does this have Primaloft lining and if so, how many grams?
Most Scapegoat jackets seem to use the Primaloft in 60g or 100g weights...but I cannot find anything on the lining of this jacket -- thanks!
