This my 3rd pair of Saucont ProGrid Triumph shoes and I am happy with these shoes. I have found a slight rubbing on the inside of one foot. I am not sure if this is due to a change in the shoe design, but I am sure it will diminish with time.
How true to fit are these and are they geared more towards a

Nick, again I agree with Eli. This shoe is a very good shoe and will work fine on the road, crushed limestone and dirt trails but I don't feel it can handle tough rocky trails. Saucony makes some nice trail specific shoes if you want to stick to that brand. I use the La Sportiva's and have been very happy with them but there are many quality trail shoes available.
