Description

Super-lightweight and responsive for your time on the trail.

Woody trails are your bread and butter, and the Saucony Women’s ProGrid Peregrine Trail Running Shoe helps keep you moving swiftly over the forest’s roots and rocks. The lightweight, low-profile design lets you save more energy with each calculated stride, and the multi-directional tread pattern helps you stick each step over slick or sandy trails.
  • Hydrator collar lining and mesh tongue and upper help disperse interior moisture and wick away sweat so you don’t come home with blisters
  • A tongue gusset keeps out twig and pebble hitchhikers
  • The heel features a memory-foam pod and ProGride Lite cushioning—soft EVA midsole and cushy footbed absorb the shock of miles of uneven trail
  • High-traction rubber, XT-900 carbon rubber, and an External Bedrock Outsole form a tread pattern that grips rocky, uneven, wet, uphill, downhill, or any other kind of trail you encounter

Light and solid

I love these shoes! I was a little worried that as a semi-minamalist shoe, that my feet would feel the ground and rocks beneath my feet and that it would take some getting-used to before I could run longer distances and times in them. But, the sole is made from a dense yet forgiving material which provides a solid platform underfoot. Plus, they're wonderfully light! The thickness of the sole is minimal, so don't try and tip-toe through puddles and expect to stay dry...but you shouldn't be hoping to stay dry in a mostly mesh shoe anyways. I've gone on 1.5 hour mountain trail runs with these, hiked muddy and steep mountains, done rock scrambles and summer snow crossings, boulder-hopping...these shoes feel solid and have super traction. Go rip it up!

Sweet but runs SMALL

Order at least a half size larger than you do in other trail runners (ie. Salomon)
