The Saucony Men's PowerGrid Ride 7 GTX Running Shoe keeps you running
well after summer has ended, allowing you to battle through nasty
rainstorms and soggy streets without wet, clammy feet. The Ride 7 GTX
not only resists soaking, but it totally repels outside moisture while
allowing built-up perspiration to escape, thanks to its Gore-Tex
membrane and moisture-wicking RunDry collar. So go ahead, run through
the wettest, nastiest weather imaginable. This shoe will keep you
comfortable and focused on your very next move.
Designed off
the new Ride 7 platform, the Ride 7 GTX has increased traction (larger
surface area) over Saucony's previous Ride 6 running shoe, yet it's
lighter in weight with the elimination of the shoe's plastic shank.
Vertical and horizontal flex grooves provide great balance and a highly
responsive feel, and hard-wearing XT-900 overlays at heel and toe-off
zones increase durability.
Perhaps the shoe's most impressive
feature, its PowerGrid midsole is 15% lighter and 30% more durable than
traditional EVA padding, helping you transition smoothly throughout your
gait. Plus, its SRC (Super Rebound Compound) Crashpad now extends past
the heel and into the midfoot for smoother transitions.
