Sanuk took one of its all-time classic sidewalk surfers, tricked it out for winter, and the result is the Men’s Vagabond Chill Shoe. With a soft canvas upper and a fleecy synthetic lining, the Vagabond Chill is ready for a midnight walk to the bathroom or a wintry cruise down to the beach.

Here's what others have to say...

Absurdly Comfortable

  • Familiarity:I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
  • Fit:True to size

I bought these as a gift for my brother, but must admit I tried them on before wrapping them. The foot bed and "fleecy" lining work together to make a ridiculously comfortable shoe. Almost every time I see him now he seems to be wearing these!

Wide Feet? no problem!

  • Familiarity:I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
  • Fit:True to size

So I got these as a graduation gift/christmas gift for my cousin in California. He does a lot of walking around so I figured why not get him a comfortable shoe and also looks nice. So I got him these and he loves them!! He says that they are the comfiest and only closed toed casual shoe he has ever owned! Anyway he has rather wide feet and I was worried that they wouldn't fit but alas! They worked! He loves how soft the synthetic fleece is and that he can wear them on a date but still look nice. Also like any Sanuk shoe they do take a bit to stretch out but they eventually do. So don't worry if they feel tight at first.

Warm Comfort

I love my Sanuks and was pleased to see that they came out with a winter version. This shoe has the comfort of other Sanuks while keeping your feet warm.

They are still the same canvas construction a.k.a. not waterproof but they are great for wearing around home or the office on chilly days.

Great shoe!

  • Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit:True to size

Bought these as a Christmas gift for the boyfriend and he is stoked! These are his second pair as the first ones were retiring (fingers crossed)

Super comfy, stylish enough for casual night on the town and durable. "I will wear these until I die"- direct quote, kid you not.

My Brother loves being able to have a easy slip in shoes that he can easy put on if he needs to grab stuff out of the garage or a quick trip to the car when there is snow or even letting the dogs out side from the door step. Over all its a great shoes shoes the snow isn't the greatest but the shoe as a whole he likes it them!

    Plush comfort!

    • Familiarity:I've used it several times

These are my first pair of Sanuks, but I will definitely be buying more! They call these slippers, but I find myself wanting to wear them all the time. The fleecy lining is ultra warm and comfortable and the sole is solid enough to handle a trip to the store for more beer. As for the sizing, I wear an 11.5 or 12 in most shoes so I went with the 12 for a more comfortable slipper feel and haven't regretted it. Get a pair, you won't reget it either!

my first pairs of sanuks and probably will from now on, be the only "sandles" im going to be putting on my feet. The product is awesome and the company is awesome as well. The most comfy shoes/sandals i have ever worn. period.

      Warm and wildly comfortable

Intended for these to be winter slippers around the house, but they are wicked comfortable and I've found myself wearing them out around the town. There isn't any support they can be uncomfortable to stand around in for long periods of time, but the warm fleece lining is extremely comfortable. The shoes stretch quite a bit, so size down 1/2 to 1 full size (they may feel tight at first).

This was a Santa Christmas gift for a really hip friend. He loved them. He also has big feet, generally wearing size 13. The largest size Chill Shoe is 12, but they fit ok, with socks, the first time. I expect they will stretch to fit perfectly.

Frankly, I had never bought anything of this brand, and they looked pretty funky when I opened the box. but my friend was blown away and acted like they were really cool. He seems to like them fine, so the gift choice was a success.

          comfy and warm

sooooo comfortable and somehow dont smell which is really surprising given the fluffy material

I definitively recommend sizing down, the material is stretchy and its a bit oversized

can you dry them in the washer?

can you dry them in the washer?

Not sure with the fuzzy lining but I have washed a pair of my Sanuks in the wash and they turned out just fine. I would recommend washing your Chill series Sanuks in the delicate cycle and letting them air dry.

can you wash these in the washer

can you wash these in the washer

Write your question here... can you machine...

Yes you can. I recommend washing your Sanuks in the delicate cycle and letting them air dry.

            Fur is for chillin

Super comfy sidewalk surfer that fits true to size. Definetly keeps the toes warm. If your in between sizes i'd get the bigger size.

              First Sanuk... Not the last

This is my first pair of Sanuks. I was a little nervous going after the "chill" style for winter since I havent seen any reviews yet. After a few days of wear, these are most definitely at the top of my rotation of footwear. Extremely comfortable, casual, warm, can even wear them out to the bar.

Once the weather warms up again, I will be getting another pair.
