Description

Treat your feet to the cushy ride of the Sanuk Donna Shoes.

Slide into the Sanuk Women's Donna Shoe and set the summer off on the right foot. This slip-on shoe blends an ultra-cushy footbed with the functional upper of your favorite slipper. The Donna Shoe's genius lies in Sanuk's Barefoot Untechnology. This system allows your foot to absorb shock using the natural flexion of your foot arch as opposed to airbags or shanks doing the work for you. The Donna Shoe comes wrapped in a funky canvas upper that'll go great with almost anything you wear.

Very comfortable...only comment is that black is really dirty brown. But this was the color on sale...

Got these for my sister as a Christmas gift and she says, "these are very comfy to wear. I wear them about everywhere."

I love these shoes but be aware that if you order the fiesta the patterns may not match.
I ordered my first pair and must have been lucky because the material on the top of the shoes was a great match (left and right shoe) then later I wanted a spare pair and ordered 3 different times because either the sizing was off or the top piece of material didn't match at all. If you google sanuk Donna fiesta images you'll see what I mean. I finally recvd this last pair and they are close enough. Sanuk makes a great product and I couldn't be happier with the design.

  • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift, but have feedback to share

I got these as a gift to my Mom. She absolutely loves them. Really a light weight shoe for casual wearing around the yard.

Just came back from Cambodia...took a highly competitive (yet unpaid) volunteer stint teaching skateboarding and helped develop and establish a culturally relevant art curriculum for under-served children, especially pioneering the way for young girls and children with disabilities. I am an avid board-sport enthusiast and outdoors-woman. I am a repeat customer of BackCountry. I sport your stickers on my car and gave them to a fellow Capricorn (goat) friend to show off. I have no extra "spending cash"and come from a humble yet amazing lineage that seeks to give to those less advantaged yet do not have much - if any extra if we do. Would love to gear up for winter...any discounts would be much appreciated. Pace e bene.

I've been wearing mine constantly- to the beach, downtown, everywhere. they're so comfortable and breathe well. i don't wear socks and they still don't stink, which is a first for my shoes i wear without socks!

love 'em!

We heard that these stretch out so we bought my wife a size 5.5 when she normally wears 6.5. They fit perfect when she first got them but now she never wears them because they've stretched out so much. The back of the shoe never stays on her foot. While they did fit she loved them, they were perfect for "camp shoes" on backing backing trips.

I bought my first canvas Sanuks last summer. I loved them so much, I bought another pair. Wore them ALL summer. So much better on my feet than flipflops! Last week I ordered three more pair. Does that tell you how much I love them? And I get tons of compliments. I wear a size 9 shoe and I wear size 9 Sanuks. Plus with Dogfunk, I received them in 2 days. :)

Size up or down? Factoring in room for socks...I don't want them tight.

If you are in the half size region I would suggest going down to the next whole size. They are slip ons and will stretch . They will be a little tight at first but after the stretch in period they will fit just fine. If you are right on the whole size, then go with the whole size you are measured out to.

Anyone with the cream, do they get dirty quick and easily? Are they washable?

I have a pair of tan ones that I wore all last summer. Have probably washed them 10 times. The canvas still looks like the day I bought them.

I used these while traveling Europe. They're perfect for a spare pair of shoes because they don't weigh anything and take up hardly any space in your pack). However, I found that if you wear them for longer walking distance, especially without socks, I got blisters on my toes. Also, they stink something fierce! And after not even a year or normal wear and tear (not wearing them every single day either), they are already worn and too stretched out to fit comfortably. They are super cute though, I'm trying another pair of Sanuks with a rubber sole instead of the foam, so far I like those better.

i have a pair of the mens sanuks and could not stop my girlfriend from stealing them so i finally broke down and shelled out for a matching pair. now she will not shut up about them and has already bought another pair in another color to show her true love.
sanuks are too comfortable. but they can fit a little bit big on gals....if your typically a half size, size down as they will stretch a bit. we had to jump all the way down to 5's

and no matter what do not let friends try them on....because you will not get them back....until you have to buy another pair in exchange

Love em. Comfy and nice looking...But...not true to size. I went off comments online and ordered a 9. They were too big...so got an 8...and they are still too big :/

I have several pairs of Sanuk shoes and these are one of my favorite pair. I have a very low volume foot and so my foot often swims in Sanuk shoes, but these don't feel quite as big on my feet as the others.

Hey all- does the shoe/sandal stretch at all? I tried on a pair of 8s and 7s and neither felt perfect (7s a little snug, 8s a little loose with light socks). If you own a pair I would love some feed back on that!

They will stretch a touch while breaking in. I would suggest going with the 7 unless its TOO snug right off the bat.

i have the donna shoes in a 7 and i usually wear a 7 1/2 in other shoes.... so the 7 fits, and they dooo stretch just a little bit the more you wear them and wash them (don't put them in the dryer though).. but if you prefer your shoes with room to spare, go with the 8's... they won't slip off but they will have room. hope this helps :D

I live in New York City and take public transportation everywhere. I walk an average of 3-5 miles a day between commuting to work and exploring the city. I LOVE my Sanuks. They are extremely comfortable and not as main stream as Toms. The anti-smell technology is also a plus.

I actually bought Sanuks for both of my sisters for Christmas because they each borrowed my pair at one point and almost stole them from me. They were both thrilled to receive their own pair of Sanuks for Christmas.
