Salomon XT Wings WP Shoe - Women's - 2008 BCS

This is my second pair of Salomon's and I love them. I receive so many compliments on the style and it seems I'm constantly telling people where I found them. I'm on my feet all day running around the workplace and I've never had a pair of shoes I've liked so much.

I love these running shoes. They are very comfortable and supportive. I would love to get another pair!

I bought these shoes for hiking - mostly off trail over talus, scree, and lots of scrambling. My feet are my weakest link (I overpronate) and I found these shoes to be SUPER comfortable (I use them with my orthotics). LOTS of cushioning. I first bought the non-waterproof version and they were very good also, but the waterproof version is actually made out of more substantial material (not mesh) and it works much better for protecting your feet against shifting rocks, etc. I highly recommend these shoes.

I have had many pairs of Salomon runners in the past, and loved them all! These are no different! Although I have to say these are by far the most comfortable shoes I've ever had! My best friend tried mine on and loved them so much she ordered her own pair! Also, they really stand up well in the water, I've run through deep mud, creeks and pouring rain, and didn't have any problems with leaking! Bottom line, these shoes rock! The comfort will blow your mind!

This is my third pair of XT WP wings, they are the best. I run daily & my feet never burn or hurt. I'm 59 & need good support. They have everything I need to protect my feet. I work in a hospital & the black looks great with my uniform, plus they're water proof, protecting my feet, & my feet feel great after working 10 to 12 hr shifts. I won't wear anything else.

Love these shoes. I work in a hospital & they look great with my black uniform pants & the biggest plus is they make my feet feel great. I have another pair that I run in, & at the age of 59 I need good support.

I really love these shoes. The support & the arch are great. I ran a 5K in them after only wearing them 3 days,no breaking in, no sore feet. GREAT shoes, & really great customer service getting them to me in time for my race.

I bought this pair after having had the Asics water proof running shoes... To begin with there are not so many water proof running shoes out there. These are very good and truer to their size than Asics. For example, in regular running shoes I am a 7.5 but for Asics I had to buy an 8. With this ones I bought an 8 but I think I would have been better off with a 7.5, they tend to be a little large. But with these said, they are amazingly comfortable, I would say definetly more comfortable than their Asics counterparts. Great buy!

I bought this shoe after trying them on in a store to take on a trip through the Andes Mtns in Peru. I debated upon buying hiking boots or these XT Wings and decided to go with these. I would be hiking 10 days 4-8hours each day so I needed something that could stand the test of time. I have very skinny feet and these shoes felt like a glove. The insoles have a design that contours to fit your foot perfectly. It feels like a custom fit! I love it. After trekking around for 10 days, walking through rivers and 8" of mudd, I have to say, I will always buy Salomon. had no problems whatsoever. There were three of us in the group that had Salomon's and we were the only ones in the group that had no blisters, and our feet stayed dry the entire trip! Thank you Salomon for making such an awesome shoe.

I like the fit of the shoes and I like the way they look. However, they slip a little on my heels and I can't figure out how to make them tighter back there. I really like the way they close.
