Lovely for running

This jacket is great for running in colder temps, lightweight and comfortable it doesn't get in your way or weigh you down. I have enjoyed trail running and mountain biking with this and recommend it.

Best winter running jacket

  • Gender: Male
  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I bought this jacket for running and biking, and haven't been disappointed. Even in temps down well below freezing, this jacket keeps me comfortable on the trails. I wear it over a base layer and mid layer, and it kept me comfortable running in temps below 10 deg. F with blowing snow. I wore it on a bike ride and the wind proof panels kept me comfortable in temps around 40 deg.F It would probably be good well below this but the rest of my gear isn't as good as this jacket. The fit is good for me too, I am 5'11" 135 lbs and the Medium is just loose enough to be comfortable over two layers. It also dries quickly, I've worn it for two workouts a day several times and it never feels damp or gets smelly. I even wear it as a casual jacket. It takes up very little space in a carry on bag which makes it convenient for traveling. I would recommend this jacket to anyone who likes to keep training even in the worst conditions.
