You love your softshell jacket, so why not enjoy the same fit and comfort in your boots? Salomon made the Uma Trois Winter Boot from stretchy, water-resistant softshell for a great feel and a darn good-looking fit, too. 200g Thinsulate insulation keeps your legs and feet toasty all winter, while a rubber toe cap adds extra durability, water resistance, and protection. And just like your jacket, the Uma Trois has a little stash pocket to hold a key or your cash for a round of drinks after a long day at work.

Helpful Measurements I wish I had prior!

  • Gender:Female
  • Familiarity:I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I bought these boots. They are truly skin tight. I had read many reviews on these and many women said that if your calves are large they won't zip up. I have moderate calves. I put the boot on, and it is absolutely the lightest, nicest boot ever. I went to zip it up, and my moderate calves are too big. So I'll say that I measured the circumference of the top opening, and it is 16.5 inches around. Beware though, this is the OUTSIDE of the boot, not the inside (not that I would expect such a thin boot to be much different, but if I had to guess, I would say that a 16" calf would be the biggest it will accommodate). But if your calves measure that or less I couldn't recommend these boots more highly. They are AWESOME...I just wish they fit me!

Too tight! Loved these boots, wanted them so bad, but much too tight for my calves. I am 5'8" and 145 lbs.
