Pretty good BC binding for off-track adventures. I tend to put in 3-6 hour days in the backcountry near Vail, CO. The binding excels 95% of the time. Issue I run into is when I push through deep snow for a long period of time. The binding tends to pack with snow. The result? I can't get my boot out. The snow freezes inside the release not allow the release to be fully pushed down to release the boot. It's only happened a few times....in snow a varying temps. Overall, it works as advertised.

Works great, but some small issues
