The Salomon Snowtrip Performa Jacket is a unique 3-in-1 softshell system. This is one of the warmest, most comfortable jackets you'll ever see! Know that super comfy, super warm feeling you get when you just wake up on a powder day? Keep that happy feeling all day long in the Snowtrip. Salomon takes softshell technology to a new level. The Performa layers a light, air-permeable softshell liner under a waterproof outer softshell. It's the only jacket you'll need all season. Wear the whole system through the harshest part of January. Zip the liner out and wear just the outer shell and a base layer when things heat up in March. And when the hottest days of spring approach, wear just the liner and a base layer. The removable hood zips off, providing further protection and versatility. A million pockets make this jacket a mobile storage unit.

I love it. It's incredibly warm and fuzzy, very lightweight and still five times warmer than my last parka.

Lots of pockets for storage, especially liked the sleeve pocket with goggle wipe. Jacket is super warm with liner in, and still very warm with the liner out. Liner was great worn seperately. I highly recommend. Note: more form-fitting than most - can't wear more than a couple thin layers underneath, but that was perfect for me.
