Will this back country cross country ski fit my 3 pin boot?

boot compatibility depends on the binding you mount you can put any binding you want on a new ski.

These are all-around 50-50 skis good for going to groomed trail or doing some exploring and light trail breaking. Good beginner's ski. For a true back country ski you'd probably want to look for another ski.

I am looking for 180 back country cross country skiis. My boots are for a 3 pin binding. Do these skiis fit my boot? How do I know what size of poles to get. I am 5' 4" tall.
