The Flat Out profile features a large flat area loaded with camber outside the inserts for stability when hauling ass into takeoffs and stomping tricks on hard-packed landings. Using five straight lines instead of a continuous arc, the EQ5 sidecut adds extra control for precise turns. Medium-density biax glass allows torsional flex to make turn initiation smoother, while Popster Eco Booster bamboo rods keep the board stiff and snappy. The space age Phoenix core is insanely lightweight, yet strong thanks to honeycomb material in the tip and tail that reduces swing weight, and bamboo and carbon stringers that add pop and improve strength. Shock Eraser polyurethane sidewalls reduce chatter, and the Area 51 sintered base has a high-density structure that retains wax better to keep you going faster for longer.
