Keeps the rain out, but your could be dripping in sweat. I did a short run, about a mile, and it was unacceptable. On a short bike ride, 3 miles, temp 59 wasn't too bad. Could use better ventilation.

Like a lot of PacLite stuff, Salomon has attempted to keep the design of this jacket simple to keep things light. The close fit is an advantage for aerobic activities, and the only thing holding the jacket back is lack of more ventilation.
