You need a one-quiver-ski . Look no further. Skiing icon Wendy Fisher helped design a sweet all-mountain expert women’s ski, the Salomon Women’s Origins Diamond Ski and Z10 Ti Bindings, just for you. The Origins deliver exceptional stability and response in any snow condition; pow, crud, ice. You name it.

  • Full wood-core construction for optimum stability on snow while filtering vibrations
  • The Oversize PulsPad, all along the edge and whole front part of the ski, helps improve shock absorption on ice and hardpack
  • 3D Stealth Tip helps minimize chatter at high speed
  • Salomon Auto-Steering (AS) Control Technology for easy turn initiation and maneuverability
  • Dual monocoque structure for excellent response and edge grip
  • Thicker and wider edges for more durability
  • Z10 binding DIN scale: 3-10
  • Recommended binding weight range: 66-235lb (30-108kg)

Bottom Line: The one-quiver -ski.

This is not a park ski. This is not a twin tip ski. Twin tip skis make landing easier for both landing forwards and backwards. Even when landing forwards, the backs of the skis can dig into the snow. You can do little jumps on any ski, but not anything big.

I bought these for my wife, after I convinced her to demo them. She loves them! They are shorter, wider, with more sidecut than her previous skis. She says they're more stable, and easier to ski on. Skiing icy crud was effortless, whereas before she would really have to work hard. I believe she's safer skiing on these skis, and she's thrilled!

I am an intermediate skier and am looking to improve. I enjoy skiing on blues and periodically challenge myself with diamonds. I mostly ski on the East Coast but go to the west coast to ski about once a year.
I am 5'4'' and 120 pounds. Any suggestions on length? Or suggestion on a ski if this one wouldn't be quite right?

If you mostly enjoy short turns, go for the 152cms, if you look for more high speed stability, go for the 159cms. Both should give you a blast!
