Salomon Light Amphibian 2 Shoe - Women's - 2009 BCS

Bought these shoes for a kayak trip to the Apostle Islands and was very happy with how light weight the show was and the traction it provided. Based on other reviews, I ordered a 1/2 size down and they fit perfectly.

Convertible, the shoe runs large, I should have ordered size 8 instead of an 8.5.

These shoes are so light it doesn't feel like you have any on! They lace up snug against your feet and with the adjustable heel they feel like they're a part of you. It's nice not having mesh on top over your toes. I highly recommend these shoes for anything like water walking or water aerobics to canoeing.

These shoes are so comfy in the water and a little hiking around in. They do run very large, I had to go two sizes smaller than my normal size.

Love these shoes. My husband bought us each a pair before we went on a kayak/camping trip in Costa Rica. I will admitit did take a couple of times of wearing them for me to feel totaly comphy in them but once done they were golden...Until I lost them and so i am back to buy another....

The shoe seems to run large, I wish I had ordered a 1/2 size smaller...but wore them anyway on an eight day canoe trip on the Rio Grande River, good traction, very light weight, better sun protection than the chacos everyone else had...worked well in a boat.

I bought these for my 93 yr. old mother who does water aerobics 3 days/week. She needed a water shoe that gave her good support and helped her balance - she loves them! She has better balance and more function in the water with these shoes. She is very pleased with them.
