Are these boots all black - black sole, black leather without the fluffy part on the outside? One customer review said that they were. Which, I think would be better than what the picture shows. Thanks!

These just arrived for me and they are all black, same colour sole, same colour material. Look better than in the picture.

In the photo these boots have tan soles and fur trim on the outside, however mine that arrived today from this site have black soles and no fur trim on the outside (I bought the all black boots). For me personally they look better this way. They fit true to size, not as wide as some other winter boots I have tried on previously. These boots look great on and are loose at the top so you can tuck in your jeans but not to bulky so you can wear them over also. very happy and would recommend them.
I wouldn't suggest these for rain, They are nubuck leather therefore if they get wet there is a chance that it will stain. You could treat them with a weatherproofing for instance the Nickwax Nubuck and Suede spray-on solution NIK0045.
