You should be ok, it allows for some room for layering. And if for some reason it's not big enough you can order the Large and send back the Medium. They have the best return policy and customer service.

It's got a good powder skirt, so that should cover you there. Salomon knows how to make ski stuff anyway, so you should be good with this.
