As the highest performance boot in Salomon's Equipe Classic lineup, the Equipe 9 Classic Boot is ideal for high aerobic training or for the advanced-level skier who doesn't want to shell out top dollar for a World-Cup-level boot. The Equipe 9 offers skiers some of the same features and capabilities as Salomon's top-of-the-line race boots. The main difference is that the materials have slightly more weight, which is fine for all but the most elite-level racers.



Salomon's Sport Fit has a medium volume for comfort during those long training sessions while Sensifit technology and a one-pull QuickLace system provide precision fit for optimal performance capability. The internal thermo-formed heel counter offers a customized feel for stability and control. An adjustable heel strap with spoiler provides additional support, and a lace cover with diagonal zip helps to keep out that pesky snow. A Classic Flex pattern allows for plenty of forefoot flexion while a stiffer rear provides torsional rigidity. This combines with a racing insole to give you supportive stability, control, and power transmission.
