Description

On-piste perfection.

The race-inspired Salomon Enduro XT 800 Ski and Z12 B80 Binding combo is designed to perform for expert-level riders who spend most of their time arcing fast turns and trenching out fresh corduroy. When some fresh snow beckons you to venture off the groomers, the All Terrain Rocker provides the necessary float. Titanium and bamboo reinforcement layers make this ski incredibly responsive and lively from edge to edge, and the burly Z12 binding keeps you securely strapped in for the ride.

  • All Terrain Rocker keeps your tips on top of powder and crud while providing precision turning
  • Full wood core from tail to tip makes this ski super stable and responsive, giving you the necessary confidence to push the envelope
  • All-mountain Powerline dampening system provides race-inspired stability and control so you can attack the mountain with confidence
  • Sandwich Sidewalls are durable and stable for super-smooth contact between the ski and the snow
  • Double Ti Laminate reinforces the ski with two layers of titanium for incredible edge grip and response
  • Bamboo reinforcement layer provides strength without adding weight and makes this ski lively from edge to edge
  • Generous sidecut with 79mm underfoot and 125mm in the tip provides on-piste performance
  • Square tail design for turn completion on groomers and security in the steeps
  • 4-12 DIN setting ensures the Z12 binding will keep the skis on your feet when you're slicing through fresh groomers
  • Z12 Automatic Wing Adjustment allows you to quickly pair the toe-piece of your boot to this binding
  • Z12 binding features a High Lateral Transition for the leverage you need to drive the Enduro XT where you need it to go

Skied a pair of Enduro's in Austria, mainly on groomers. The ski is a joy- turns are very easy, the ski is heavy enough to blast through anything, and you can really go mach 3 with minimal chatter. The do have just a touch of rocker in the tip and i did use it in just a little bif of fluff and it was ok, certainly not great, but it did manage to do the job in a few fresh inches. Would not make it my 'one ski quiver' but if you are looking for a hard charging yet fun ski, would def check this out.
