Wide-footed shredders rejoice, the Salomon Men's Dialogue Wide Snowboard Boot is here to relieve your cramped, fatigue-ridden feet from nasty hotspots and pressure points. This mid-flexing boot is one of the few truly wide boots on the market, giving those with girthy feet ample room to move without sacrificing fit and performance by sizing up.

The Dialogue Wide remains a top choice for freestyle fanatics and park junkies, thanks to its mid-level response that's much easier flexing than Salomon's freeride-specific Malamute and Synapse. Locking down response over the upper and lower zones independently, the boot's Zonelock closure offers fast and convenient lacing with a tongue-locking tab for upper control and a side pull handle for easy tightening over the lower portion of the boot.

Just because the Dialogue Wide is well suited for the park doesn't mean it can't shred the rest of the mountain. Case in point, the boot's Gold 3D Flex liner locks down a comfortable, supportive fit with its heat-moldable Custom Fit foam. Plus, its cat-tongue material around the heel (Heel Grip) grips your sock to prevent response-sapping heel lift. Add in a low-profile Lo-Fi sole for fine-tuned freestyle riding anywhere on the mountain, whether you're crushing glades or launching kickers.

  • ZoneLock closure (dual-zone)
  • Gold 3D Flex liner with heat-moldable Custom Fit foam
  • Locking internal harness (liner)
  • Heel Grip (cat tongue material in liner's heel)
  • Washable liner
  • Mystic 2 footbed
  • Lo-Fi sole

Here's what others have to say...

How/should I heat mold these at home? Is it better to just wear them around for day?

Responded on

I am on my third pair of heat moldable liners for snowboard boots, and I've never done anything prior to riding in them. After a day or two of riding they will be molded to your foot.

Unanswered Question

Is there any difference in the ZoneLock lacing system between last year's 13/14 model Dialogue and the 14/15 Model? Can you please post a video of the 14/15 Lacing system in action, please?
