    Get stoked.

Poles can be about as exciting as a pair of cotton socks, but Salomon's Brigade Ski Pole is a bit more rousing, almost on par with a sweet new banana hammock. It's made from rugged and lightweight 7075 aluminum alloy, and it rocks an easily removable Poker Chips foam grip that provides all-day comfort and can be easily switched out after it becomes worn. The powder basket won't sink in as you spin pow laps, and the wide strap keeps things comfortable while you tear up the mountain from first chair to last bell.

    Great All Mountain Poles

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I'm 6' 3" and picked up these at the 130 cm size. I've been using a pair of shorter poles for the last few years and I figured it was time to buy a taller set. The poles are light and I rarely noticed the weight. I love the design graphics and the bright orange highlights really do stand out in the snow and flat light on the mountain. The height was great for me as a taller person, and the poles did very well in helping me skate across cattracks, and vault off of small cliffs and knolls. The grips fit well in my gloves and don't feel too bulky. The standard baskets worked very well in powder and on hardpack. Overall they are a great set of poles for an all mountain skier.
