Great for any aerobic activity. Breaths really well, but not incredibly warm. I bought this for my girlfriend and she loves it. She wears it running all the time. If you're looking for something warm to use when you are not exercising, I'd look elsewhere. However, this jacket does what it is designed to do well.

This jacket is great for 50 degree fall weather with a little bit of rain, but will need layers if it wants to be worn farther into late fall or winter. Not a good jacket for winter in my book.

I was so glad to have this jacket while running the Wasatch Back Relay this year! My last leg of the race was in cold, windy, light rain and this jacket was my saving grace. I stayed warm and dry. I mean, I did sweat, but this breathes really well, and no rain actually got in. The reflective hits were also useful as I was running on the road. Love this jacket!
