Hard to Adjust and Take Off

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

The only way to take this on or off is to pull it over the ears. It would be easier to take off if there was a clip like most collars. Also, it's difficult to adjust. Seems like a choke hazard because it has so many areas to get caught on things.

very cute

I only use this to display tags and a safety light but it's very cute and works well for that. Dunno if I'd leash my girl with it though
