You pull on the Royal Racing Java Trail 1/4-Zip Short Sleeve Jersey and pound an espresso before heading out on your ride. The leftover coffee grounds are then recycled into fibers used in the S.Cafe fabric to make the jersey. The Java Trail effortlessly wicks away the morning's coffee sweat, keeping you cool as you blast your favorite local singletrack. You stop for another sip of coffee from your thermos.

Pretty light, side material is venty so its a bit rough to the feel. Zip could go deeper into chest, nice form fitting but I've had baggier in other brands. I found it to smell so the lower anti-microbial properties didn't work for me. Back zippered pocket is ok, but have lots of zipper movement with pack on.

    Cool jersey with odor control.

I really like the S.Cafe fabric. All the jersey that I am used to wear kinda smell after a ride. The Royal Racing Java fabric has excellent anti-microbial proprieties and wick well to keep you comfortable on the long rides.

I read many reviews saying that the Java fabric is not sturdy enough for XC riders but so far, my Royal Racing jerseys are all much better that anything I worn before. Moreover, the sizes are true and constant, something the Fox lack of...

Not a fan of the side material

This was almost a great jersey. I just couldn't get past the awkward starchy-like material on the sides. Felt really weird against my body. Maybe it would soften up after a few washes, but was enough to scare me away.

Anyone used this as a road bike jersey?

Paul, I haven't used it for road biking but given how it fits (I wanted it for a MTB jersey), I wouldn't recommend it...unless you're wanting the looser fitting style. Very different than your typical road biking jersey.
