It’s pretty hard to one-up the Roxy Women’s So Hip Dress…. Actually, we haven’t found anything that does. How do you beat amazingly comfy cotton jersey, fitted just enough to graze your waist and flow under the wrap waist belt? The So Hip Dress’ deep v-neck and cap sleeves look retro-relaxed and sexy-surfer at the same time, with a little chest pocket for embellishment.
Bottom Line: Almost unapproachably cool.

It's about T-shirt weight - not see through at all. The belt is strange tho - it wraps around twice.
