    Simple performance.

You like to start your Nordic sessions first thing in the morning when the track is fast and the crowds are minimal, so it's always cold and the light is low when you step into your Rottefella Performance Skate Binding. Its simple by design, so you won't have to waste time (and warmth) fiddling with bindings—you can just step in and go thanks to the newly redesigned opening and closing mechanism that's a cinch to use, even when your fingers are cold and the light is low. You can easily adjust the binding, too, and you can re-position it to better suit your center of balance. The Performance Skate Binding may be easy to use, but it's certainly not lacking in power. Designed to give recreational skiers everything they need to the pick up the pace, the Performance Skate Binding will keep you powering around the Nordic track until your legs are done and your lungs are burning.

    Easy to use, high performing.

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I was helping a friend pick out a new ski set up and when it came time to pick bindings these were my suggestion. Why? They're easier to open and close than the Rottefella Xcelerator I have on my skis, with only the most marginal difference in weight. If being able to easily get your skis off after a long ski, especially if your hands are cold, is more important than a few grams this is the binding for you.
