Highly potent.

You might already know this, but the taipan is one of the most poisonous species of land-dwelling snakes on the planet, which makes it a fitting spirit animal for the Rossignol Taipan Amptek snowboard. This potent directional twin is built to take down hits all over the hill. It's built on a progression friendly medium flex that has enough support for aggressive riders, without being unwieldy if you're still working your way up to bigger features. When you're ready to step your riding up to the next level, and the one after that, the Taipan won't hold you back.

The Taipan is built on Rossignol's Amptek All Mountain profile. That means it has camber between the feet, for solid turns and landings, and a rockered tip and tail for a floaty, catch free ride. It's stiffer between the bindings, with a softer tip and tail to smooth out choppy runs. It has a progressive sidecut that keeps it responsive at low speeds, and stable when you're holding it wide open. The sintered 4400 base is highly porous, so it holds a ton of wax and keeps you flying all over the mountain.
