The Pursuit 800's narrow 71mm waist rolls effortlessly from edge-to-edge and will rail turns like a proper pair of carvers should.

Like any true muscle car, the Pursuit doesn't just look fast—it has the essential components to make your eyes water and lips flap under the hood, too. A stiff titanal laminate gives the ski a torstionally rigid feel, but with vertically machined slots through the laminate, the Pursuit offers a more adaptive feel that will flex smoothly and offer easy and fluid turn initiation. Tip and tail rocker adds to the ski's easy-to-turn nature, while a good amount of camber underfoot works to supply the solid edge-hold you want when your angles get aggressive. To keep the ski stable, Rossignol went ahead and pushed the widest points of contact further toward the tip and tail, so the ski will naturally want to hook up and go. The Pursuit's construction puts an emphasis on longevity and stability with a Minicap Sandwich construction, which combines the stability of sidewalls with a capped topsheet to prevent wear and chipping. The ski comes mounted with Rossignol's Axial3 12 DIN binding to help it maintain its natural flex profile.
