Until a hitherto-unknown rich uncle kicks off and leaves you a pile of money for no good reason, you're going to be stuck riding just one board at a time; for maximum flexibility, make that board the Rossignol One Magtek Snowboard. The all-mountain One-Mag slays the mountain top to bottom with firmer directional flex between the feet that delivers stability at high speed, along with a twin shape that makes landing switch easier and a host of innovative technology.

  • Amptek All-Mountain camber increases pop and edge control with 1.5mm camber between the bindings, while rockered rise at the tip and tail ensures smoother landings, better float in powder, and easier nose/tail presses
  • Magne-Traction serrated edges ensure grip in any snow conditions
  • Wood C/K construction is a full wood core with carbon and KEVLAR® fibers for increased pop and durability
  • Sintered 4440 base soaks up wax, slides fast, and wears like iron

Any day, any mountain.

Leaving the factory with more tech features than you can shake a stick at Rossignol's One Magtek is set to destroy any conditions you encounter. The magne traction edges have you leaving trenches in the gnarliest of ice while still not feeling catchy when your playing around. Rossignol's Amptek all mountain camber system gives you traditional camber between your feet for stability at face meltin' speeds and early rise rocker in the nose and tail for effortless float and steezy pressin'. Taking this board from burly chutes to the park on the same run and having it perform admirably in both sums up what the One is all about. Any mountain, any day, any conditions. Quiver killah.

Hey guys,

I am looking at buying this board and I would appreciate some quality insight. I am 5'11" tall, wear a size 11 boot, I weigh 215lbs. I wanted to get the 163mw board, but a couple rider friends of mine said the 159 regular width would be fine and would be more maneuverable. I am not going to see much deep powder (live in Vermont) so what do you think?

Dean-
Thanks for the insight! Your take is the same as one of the people I chatted with on the Backcountry site and your advice is top shelf dude(if anyone wonders if the chat feature is worth bothering with....IT IS!) I chatted with a guy named Vinny and he gave some solid advice and took the time to check on things for me....I ended up going with the 159. Long enough to hold the edge, but short enough to swing around easily. Now we will see how it rides....if it ever snows in Vermont....still waiting. Ha

Hey there, yeah I would probably go with a non MW version... BTW, the midwide only comes in 157 and 161, not 163; the boards here are the non MW version... check Item: ROS0762 for the MW version...

Best of the Rocker Techs!

By:

Note: This is the same board as last year, only new graphics...

What a fun board! I have rode a lot of boards this season and have to say that this one was the most fun! I rode the 161MW, in everything, and I can say that it performs! Even on a super deep day, I didn't switch out to my normal powder board. I think what sets this board apart is Rossignol's Amptek brand of rocker/camber approach. The board was forgiving at all speeds with the tip/tail rocker but was still able to hold high speed turns because of the traditional camber between the feet... not like V-rocker or BTX, which are rocker only. I am still not yet completely sold on the magne-traction, but it doesn't suck... all in all definitely the "one" board to have...
