Rossignol was all-ears when Jeremy Jones shared his ideas about adding stiff highbacks and beefy, pre-molded straps to the Jones Snowboard Bindings for pro-level freeride performance. Jeremy takes these bindings everywhere from steeps on his home mountain of Squaw Valley to big Alaska lines. The Jones Bindings' wide, synthetic leather ankle straps lock your boots in place to ensure you feel no slop when you take on burly lines, and the EVA padded highbacks' tool-free forward lean adjustments make tweaking your bindings a minor event. Rossignol made these stiff-flex bindings with superlight aircraft aluminum buckles that engage easily and release smoothly. Integral impact pads with three-zone EVA cushioning and integrated airbags absorb impact on your heel, arch, and toe after massive cliff drops and cornice hucks.

Bottom Line: Control and comfort for charging the big stuff.

Reliable bindings you can trust your life on,

My bindings need to work. Equipment failure is not an option riding over exposure or when you are spending days on end the the backcountry. I test my bindings in Jackson Hole. The 4100 ft of fall line that often end in a couple mile single track reverse are hell on your feet. Many times I have thought I had good boots and bindings only to realize at the 10 minute run that my high backs are too stiff and bruise my legs or that the ankle strap isn't cuts into my foot. It is taken me years to get the right combination of flex and power but these bindings are dialed. They are simple and reliable. Often times I put 200 days on a set of bindings before the product guys demand I ride the new graphics. I have a set on my split board I have had for 5 years and I have never had to replace anything.

This spine was so deep I probably could have ridden it bindingless on the board in my profile.

This is one of the more tech lines I have done. I was blown away that Sage stepped up to it this year in TGR's Under the Influence. Check the filmers on the little knob.
Binding failure is not an option.
