Stay on its good side.

If you want a board that's easy to ride from the groomers to the steeps to the park, you're going to get along just fine with the Rossignol Frenemy women's snowboard. It gets Rossi's Amptek All Mountain profile, and five bump Magne-Traction for unreal grip when your friends are butt-sliding down that glossy hardpack. It's designed to be a mellower handling version of the hard charging Diva, which means you can still push it on steeps or park laps, without feeling like it's taking off on you when you want to rip a couple of mellow groomer runs.

The Frenemy is built on Rossignol's Amptek All Mountain profile. That means it has camber between the feet, for solid turns and landings, and a rockered tip and tail for a floaty, catch free ride. It's stiffer between the bindings, and the tip and tail are softer to smooth out choppy runs. Five-bump Magne-Traction keeps it locking in turns, even when the hill has turned into an icicle. The sintered 4400 base is highly porous, so it holds a ton of wax and keeps you sliding fast.

  • AmpTek All-Mountain profile (camber under feet, rockered tip and tail)
  • Directional twin shape
  • Medium flex
  • Magne-Traction edges
  • Wood 5620 core
  • Sintered 4400 base
