Description

Search out some solitude beyond the crowded track.

Bring out your inner artist with the Rossignol Evo Tour NIS Positrack Ski, a waxless wonder that loves to sketch on an untracked winter canvas as much as it likes to draw within the lines on freshly-layed tracks or paint skate designs on groomers. You never have to worry about sticky and complicated waxing, thanks to the AR Positrack waxless pattern that grips and glides superbly, nor do you have to fret about excess weight in deeper snow, since the Tour NIS has a thin LDC Premium low-density core that's reinforced with basalt fibers. It has a nice soft flex in the tip and tail, giving you an easy ride that will cruise over lumps and bumps without jostling, and a medium sidecut that's stable at speed but nimble if you're maneuvering between tight trees. Bindings are simple, too, as the Tour NIS comes equipped with an integrated NIS plate that allows you to just clip in and adjust your NNN binding without fuss or extra equipment.

  • AR Positrack waxless pattern
  • LDC Premium low-density core with basalt fibers
  • Medium sidecut and soft tip-and-tail flex
  • Smaller sizing for increased maneuverability
  • Integrated NIS plate is compatible with NNN bindings

linda,
The 176cm will give you a nice blend of float on virgin terrain and maneuverability on trails. There is also the added benefit that we have that size in stock right now. :)

Great stable beginners' ski

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

A cheap, stable, lively ski that actually bounces back when the pocket is compressed. Good for tinkering around with technique, taking friends out, or early season rock skiing. Not super fast, but much faster than old trak skis.

Hi,
I got those skies a month ago from you. Now I want to get a nice bindings and boots for them. I want to use those skies for classic and skating. So what bindings, boots should I get?
Thank you.

These won't work for skating as they have a fishscale base. I'd recommend the NNN NIS plate bindings which you won't have to drill and can just slide on, along with a stable combi boot.
