Rossignol Angus Snowboard - 2009 BCS
Available Colors / Styles
The Rossignol Angus Snowboard combines all the advantages of a rocker camber and traditional camber into one unique ride. Float through pow with ease without the dread of a loose-feeling board on the hardpack back to the lift.
- AmpTek (Amplification Technology) combines traditional camber between the feet and rocker camber rising from the feet at the tip and tail
- Stiff tail gives this board the solid platform for huge landings of big cliff drops, backcountry booters, and terrain park tables
- Moderate flex in the middle provides stability at high speed, both on edge and when you lay it flat
- Softer flex in the nose enhances float in pow and makes for easy nose presses
- Bred from Rossignol’s global art project with evil graphics that’ll scare the hell out of Lucifer himself
- Directional-twin shape makes riding switch just as smooth as regular
- 2D Stone structured sintered 4400 base is ready to slide on any snow condition
Bottom Line: So versatile, it’s scary.

Fun and easy to ride

This board is perfect for the beginner or intermediate rider. It is mostly reverse camber with a touch of traditional camber in between the binding inserts. This makes for a super easy ride in many ways. It's contact points are in between you're feet and it pivots on a dime. The reverse camber makes it float effortlessly in powder and chop snow. For my riding style, I think this board is much too flexy and has too much reverse camber to make it a "hard charging" big mountain board... But for some one who like's to "play" in the powder and park it is perfect.

Rode this in the 153 and 157, 5'7" 155lb., both sizes worked awesome, the 157 for pow- turns are amazingly easy. Takes a few turns to find your center between the feet but once you dial in it is like nothing you have ever ridden! There is a reason this board was #2 overall and best of test for all-mtn in Snowboarder Mag!!
Change me.
