I paired this with a 3 wt 7.5 ft rod, and it works great. not to loud, very precise, and seems very solid. The drag system works very well.

A friend who's a fishing guide recommend this to me for my first set up, it works great and I haven't looked back!

I picked this up the other day. I am getting into fly fishing. So far I have been very pleased with the reel and the price. From what I have read this has some of the same internal components as their $200 plus reels. Look forward to see how this hold up after a summer of use.
